Before I was 18, I had already worked in several cultural productions, and I never really stopped. Over 10 years I’ve produced festivals, exhibitions, image films, educational programs and cultural events, in small teams and in big productions, with artists, institutions and companies. I’ve never stayed in one lane, and I’ve found that this helps a lot in my work.
Because I’ve worked in so many settings, I know what a film crew needs on a Tuesday morning, what an artist needs before an opening, and what an institution needs on paper. I can usually see a problem coming before it arrives, and I know who to call when it does. Ideas from one world often turn out to be the missing piece in another.
People describe me as organised, calm and pragmatic, with an eye on the bigger picture. I like projects with many moving parts, and I like making them run smoothly. In 2021 I added new technologies to my toolbox, and I use them when they help, not for their own sake.

I’ve always done more than just one thing, and I’ve found that this helps a lot in my work.
I’ve worked in many different settings and will always keep the bigger picture in mind, whilst making sure that everyone is well taken care of. I’ll consider what a film crew will need when arriving to set, what an artist needs to have a successful exhibition or concert and what is needed for an institution to run a program well.
I work hard and think through scenarios so I’m prepared for all sorts of situations, and I know who to call when they come up.
I will never say “I don’t know” but rather “I don’t know yet – but I will figure it out”.
